Mrs. Blakley is survived by her husband, Bobby F. Blakley; daughters, Ruth Ann Bailey and Sue Blakley; son, Bobby (Bonnie) Blakley, Jr.; nine grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren; sisters, Marlena (George) Smith, Michaela Prokaski, and Rebekah Davison; brothers, Frederick G. (Lee Ann) Davison and Rev. Donald (Linda) Davison; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and other cherished friends.
The funeral will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Martinsville Church of Truth, 1376 Joseph Martin Highway, Martinsville, Virginia, with burial to follow at Henry Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 27, 2019, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Martinsville Church of Truth.
Carol Ann Davison Blakley, 72, of Bassett, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019, at SOVAH of Martinsville. She was born on September 21, 1946, in Decatur, Illinois, to the late Frederick Davison and Betty Sutton Davison. She graduated in 1972 from God’s Bible School & College, Cincinnati, Ohio; she was a member of the Pilgrim Holiness Church in Bloomington, Illinois, and attended Martinsville Church of Truth. She served as a teacher, principal, and missionary to Dominica.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John William and Virgie Hicks Blakley; his former wife Hazel Ruth Noe Blakley; his wife Carol Ann Davison Blakley; and his siblings, Josephine Kennedy, Stella Blakley Simpkins, Hershel Blakley and Floyd Lesley Blakley.
He is survived by : his children, Ruth Ann Bailey, Sue Blakley and Bobby Franklin Blakley, Jr. (Bonnie); and his siblings, Siodia Koboski, Bertha Phillips, Teresa Peak, Linda Blakley. Friends: Jeanette Hall (Garland), John William Blakley and Matthew Pruitt. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 14th 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Martinsville Church (1376 Joseph Martin Hwy, Martinsville, VA 24112). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 14th 2023 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, June 15th 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Henry Memorial Park.
